1.When the working pressure of the filter exceeds the maximum working pressure of 350kPa, the main body, cover, valve and other pipe fittings of the filter will burst, causing serious accidents. If the circulating system is to bear high pressure, an automatic valve or pressure regulator should be installed in the circulating system to automatically relieve the pressure for the minimum working pressure of each component of the circulating system.

2. The filter is operated under high pressure. When any one of the circulating devices (pipeline, pump, filter, valve, etc.) is operated, the gas can enter the system device to generate pressure, and the compressed gas can cause serious consequences such as casualties and property losses.

3. The temperature of water flowing through the filter shall not be higher than 50 ℃.

4. Before changing the switch position of the valve, the water pump must be stopped.

5. Regularly clean the filter screen of the water pump hair separator to avoid the operation failure of the water pump and the filtration system.

6. When the water pump is running, do not remove the flange nut connecting the pipeline.

7. The filtration system shall not operate without water to avoid burning the mechanical seals.
